I'm getting corrupt file errors in Transmission, myself. Has anyone managed to download the file recently? rtorrent complains about it being an invalid torrent as well. I've tried clearing my cache as previously mentioned.
EDIT: I grabbed the link with Firefox instead of Chromium and it seems to have worked just fine this time.

Wouldn't it be advantageous to the download speed of the torrent to have as many users as possible hosting it rather than requiring registration? :-\
