Hmm, that's very informative. I had always thought ClamAV to have pretty decent detection rates, but I guess I was wrong. Thanks for posting!

What would you recommend as the best av for Linux. I hear kaspersky has one for linux, but most say, it's just for people that scan windows machines from Linux environment.
